Round four of Illegal Dumping grants announced

The NSW EPA has released the fourth round of the Combating Illegal Dumping: Clean-up and Prevention Program grant under the $465.7 million NSW Government Waste Less Recycle More initiative (WLRM).

The new grants aim to help councils, public land managers and community groups working in partnership with councils and/or public land managers to reduce illegal dumping. The program provides opportunity for eligible entities to access funding of up to $150,000 for clean-up and prevention projects and up to $20,000 for initiatives that improve data collection on waste dumping. Round 4 makes a total of $500,000 available.

Applications close 8 November 2016. Further eligibility criteria and other grant funding details are summarised in the table below:
