On Tuesday 2 April in Melbourne and Thursday 4 April in Sydney, Dave and Mike respectively will be presenting and participating in the Targeting Zero Waste Seminars event organised by the Green Building Council of Australia.
In the morning David and Mike will be presenting on the State of Waste in Australia while in the afternoon they will be moderating a panel discussing how the waste industry can transition to circular economy principles.
The session will define the circular economy as it applies to waste and will explore:
- What are the services that the sector needs? How can we innovate in traditional waste models, is there a role for a far more fluid brokering approach to materials flows?
- Reducing waste strategies: how can the property industry tackle this challenge?
- How the property sector can lead that transition?
- What recovery resources do we need?
